Proofers and Retarder Prover Cabinets
RETARDER PROVER CABINETS
Our Retarder prover cabinets have a Stainless-steel inside and a Pre-enamelled outside. We make use of channelled air diffusion to prevent any crusting risk. Our machine has a Stainless-steel door and it comes with a variable configuration and its positioned on screw jacks or pivoting casters.
ROLL-IN RACKS RETARDER-PROVERS
Our ROLL-IN RACKS retarder prover (STANDARD) come with air sheathing, FXP control board with defrosting, mechanical hygrostat, a 800W Boiler, Stainless steel door and front part and a Power supply of 400V TRI + N + Ground. ROLL-IN RACKS retarder prover (LUXE) on the other hand comes with an air sheathing all around the length, a phenolic resin basement, FPCHR control board with defrosting and "cold reset", an electronic hygrostat, a 800W Boiler, lighting, stainless-steel inside, pre enamelled outside, a stainless-steel door and front part with a power supply of 400V TRI + N + Ground.
SMALL CAPACITY SHOCK FREEZERS / BLAST CHILLERS
Our Small capacity shock freezers / blast chillers comes with a stainless steel inside and outside, an evaporator defrosting by hot gas (BH10SR, BH16SR) and an electrical defrosting for the others and a 400V + Threephase + N + Ground Power Supply. The BH10SR, BH16SR and BH22SR have bung and rounded angles on the bottom for cleaning.
HIGH CAPACITY SHOCK FREEZERS / BLAST CHILLERS
Our High capacity shock freezers / blast chillers comes with a stainless steel inside and outside, a stainless steel door on pivot and a 90mm insulated floor (60mm for BJ40SR). They come with an electric defrosting and continuous ventilation, defrosting waters drain in collecting tray and lateral flow and a Pass-through option.
