WENDELMIXER
The special feature of the Diosna wendelmixers are the two counter-rotating wendel tools between which the dough is kneaded.
This kneading system achieves higher efficiency. The kneading time can be reduced in comparison to spiralmixers, thereby producing doughs in a shorter time.

AUTOMATED MIXING SOLUTIONS
SPIRAL / WENDELMIXER WITH BOTTOM DISCHARGE
This most compact system design enables automatic kneading and dough conveying in one line. The basic equipment includes one or more mixers with a bottom discharge system. The raw material dosing into the bowl takes place automatically. After the kneading time, the finished dough is discharged through the mechanical opening of the bottom discharge system. A belt conveyor or a transport system for the bowls together with an elevator and tipper delivers the dough to the line portioner. An extension of the system with automatic dough resting system via freely programmable resting and fermentation times is an optional supplement to this solution.
LINEAR TRANSPORT SYSTEM
The linear transport system offers the highest level of automation technology through a fully automatic overall process. It allows an individual solution for the customer with the best possible universality of the system. A special feature of the linear transport system is the overhead guiderail, which ensures maximum ground clearance and best cleaning options. The Diosna linear transport system allows several dosing, kneading and / or emptying systems. This means that several recipes can be made parallel in different mixers to server several subsequent liners with different or equal doughs. It can be complied with different dough resting periods according to the recipes.
CAROUSEL PRINCIPLE
The arrangement of the bowl of a clocked kneading process in circular mold results in an extremely compact and powerful kneading system. The rotation of the mixing carousel in the working cycle allows a smooth movement of the tank wagons within the system: Dosing station, kneading station, dough resting station, tipping station. The individual tank wagons are fixed on a revolving support frame (carousel) and are brought to the stations with fast clock movements and hydraulically locked. Then the individual actions can be performed in parallel: dosing request to the silos, close the Kneader and tool rotation, boiler lifting, tipping and peeling.
PRE-DOUGH SOLUTIONS
WHEATPLANT ECOLINE
Individual production of yeast predough, wheat and speltsourdough
This single-walled compact plant for all wheat pastes ≥ TA 200-250 and all wheat sourdoughs ≥ TA 200-250 is available in various sizes with net contents of 200, 300, 500 and 1000kg of dough as required. A special feature of the DOUGHEXPERTS wheat plant is the special agitator for quick, lump-free mixing. Thanks to variable fermentation times and flexible stirring intervals, specially selected fermentations can be used up to twice a day, also for completely different pre-doughs. An all-rounder which can produce up to 2 tons of pre-dough per day (W 1000 Ecoline) in the smallest possible space.
WHEATPLANT COMPACTLINE
Individual production of yeast predough, wheat and speltsourdough
This compact system with cooling for all wheat pastes ≥ TA 200-250 and all wheat sourdoughs ≥ TA 220-250 is available in various sizes with net contents of 200 and higher. Plant variants from the DOUGHEXPERTS wheat plant with tempering unit and frequency converter enable completely flexible production of wheat pastries with variable temperature control device, individual stirring speeds and rest periods. Gently mixing without reducing the glue.
BREAD FEEDING SYSTEM ECOLINE
Rye dough fermenter for bread fermentation
This compact system is available in various sizes with net contents of 200, 300, 500 and 1000kg pre-dough as required. It is especially for the patented two-stage rye-scale of TA 200. A special feature of the DOUGHEXPERTS bread fermentation system is the robust knife stirrer for the commutation of entire bread loaf, since in this procedure excess bread becomes again the valuable raw material of tomorrow. As a component of the sourdough production, this had a beneficial effect on the quality as well as on the economic level.
After 42 hours of ripening time the bread fermentation can be used uncooled for a week as a leaven.
RYEPLANT ECOLINE
Safe production of single and multi-stage rye sourdoughs
This compact system for all rye sourdoughs ≥ TA 200 is available in various sizes with net contents of 500 and 1000 l, corresponding to about 300 and 600 kg sourdough, depending on your requirements. A special feature of the DOUGHEXPERTS rye plant is the anchor agitator with wall and floor scraper. Thanks to variable fermentation times and flexible stirring intervals, specially selected fermentation can be set up to twice a day, even for complately different pre-doughs. A true all-rounder, capable of producing up to 2 tonnes of dough per day (RW 1000 Ecoline) in the smallest possible space.
RYEPLANT COMPACTLINE
Safe production of single and multi-stage rye sourdoughs
This compact system with cooling or temperature control for all rye sourdoughs ≥ TA 220 with a net content of 650 l correspondents to about 500kg of sourdough. Plant variants of the DOUGHEXPERTS rye plant with temperature control unit and frequency converter enable completely flexible production of rye sourdoughs with variable temperature control, individual stirring speeds or rest periods. The anchor agitator offers fast micing and optimum temperature control with the help of wall scrapers.
